Delivery

Digital delivery only

Purchases from vodeq.com are license keys, plugin installers, and related downloads. We do not mail physical goods, and we do not provide carriers, tracking numbers, or customs documents. Delivery is complete when the license is issued to your account or checkout email and download access is available, even if you have not yet installed the software.

After website checkout

Website payment is accepted by Stripe Managed Payments (Link). When that payment succeeds, we:

• show confirmation on the checkout success page;
• attach licenses to the customer account for the email used at checkout;
• make signed download links available under Account → Licenses & downloads; and
• send a receipt and delivery email to that address.

Delivery is usually immediate. Brief delay can occur while Stripe confirms the payment or while we write the order and license records. If nothing appears after a short wait, check spam and promotions folders, then write to support with the email used at checkout and the approximate time of payment.

Guest orders

If you checked out without signing in, create an account or sign in with the same email address. Licenses and files for that order are tied to the email Stripe collected. Support can look up the order from that address after verifying it. Using a different email will not show the purchase until we merge or reissue access, which we do only after we can confirm you paid.

Downloads

Installer links are signed and expire after a limited time. Return to Licenses & downloads to request a fresh link. Each product may show a download limit; we may refuse additional links if that limit is reached or if we reasonably believe the account is sharing files. Do not host or redistribute installers.

You are responsible for choosing the installer that matches your operating system and for meeting the host and system requirements published for the product.

Activating the license

A delivered key must still be activated on a seat, within the activation limits shown at purchase or in your account. The plugin and Vodeq Desktop send a machine identifier when they activate. You can free a seat from Licenses & downloads when the product policy allows activation reset, or by deactivating from the client. Cross-platform titles that include iOS may use a second seat for the iPad or iPhone app.

Offline use relies on a signed lease issued after a successful activation or validation. Reconnect periodically as the product requires so the lease can refresh.

Updates

Version updates for a licensed product are delivered as additional signed downloads or in-app update checks, not as a separate shipment. Access to updates follows the product’s current license and download rules. We do not promise that every older host or operating system will keep receiving builds.

App Store titles

iOS apps bought on the Apple App Store are delivered by Apple to the Apple ID that paid. That delivery is not a Vodeq website download. If the product page states that one Vodeq license covers desktop and iOS, the website license and the App Store entitlement are kept in parity after Apple and RevenueCat report the purchase. Desktop-only website products do not include an iOS app. iOS-only App Store products do not include a desktop plugin download from this site.

Failed or incomplete delivery

If a receipt never arrives, a key is missing, or a link will not download, email support@vodeq.com from the checkout address. We will repair the record, re-send mail, or issue a new signed link. If we cannot deliver a working key or file because of a problem on our side, the Refunds page applies.
